I found out I couldn't have gluten before it was cool to be gluten free. I suffered for years, like we all did, of food that could only be classified as "good for gluten free". It was never as good as the real thing, but it was all we could have. I refused to settle and have developed recipes that let me enjoy the foods I loved again. Thank you for allowing me share them with you.
We are open Saturdays 11am - 7pm, or until we sell out, for your sweet cravings. Choose from a rotating selection of cupcakes, cookies, and assorted desserts ready to take home or pre-order your favorites for easy pick up.
Pre-orders can be placed online and scheduled for pick up Saturdays at the mall.
The menu will evolve to include savory and sweets as well as reflect the the seasons. You'll find farm fresh zucchini in the Zucchini Bread in the summer and locally grown potatoes in the Loaded Potato Soup in the winter. The lasagna will be made with my mother's own spaghetti sauce recipe, passed down through generations, simmered for hours like it should be.
